- Felipe has extensive experience in Brazilian taxation, built advising domestic and multinational companies on federal, state and municipal taxes, and has worked as a tax consultant for over 19 years.
- He specialises in developing strategies to manage tax risk and exposure, and in assessing and grading contingencies. On the contentious side, he has broad experience managing administrative and judicial tax litigation and conducting tax disputes before the courts.
- In 2016, Felipe took part in KPMG’s international exchange programme, working at KPMG in New York in the Tax Controversy and Dispute Services (TCS) department, where he contributed to projects focused on preventing and resolving tax disputes.
- He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law from Insper.
- He holds a specialisation in Business Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas Law School (GVLaw).
- He graduated in Law from UNIDERP and is currently reading for a degree in Accounting at FIPECAFI/SP.
- He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and sits on its Tax Law Committee in São Paulo (OAB/SP).
