- Specialist in tax consulting and tax planning, recovery of tax credits, transaction advisory, tax audits and external audits, defences against tax assessments and tax foreclosure proceedings, and the assessment of risks and contingencies;
- Experience advising Brazilian and multinational companies of varying size across a wide range of sectors;
- Has worked on legal support projects for Big Four audit engagements;
- Has worked on tax credit recovery projects for investment funds linked to foreign governments;
- Led the tax litigation team at a large Brazilian law firm;
- Member of the Special Tax Law Committee and of the Tax Reform Coordination Office at the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP);
- Associate member of the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT);
- Member of the Study Group on Law, Economics and Accounting (GEDEC) at FGV/SP;
- Master of Laws (LLM) in Business Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas Law School (FGV);
- Specialisation from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET);
- Graduated in Law from UNICAP (Pernambuco).
